§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

§2. PERSONAL DATA
In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”), we inform you that:

performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
handling enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
processing complaints and claims (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
sending a newsletter (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – requests to complete a survey or answer several questions regarding service quality (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
displaying personalised commercial information on social networks (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. If consent is required, it is voluntary and is expressed by clicking a checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.

We use services of software and IT system providers with whom we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements define the principles of data processing and confidentiality. Data is not disclosed, and none of these companies has the right to process data in any manner other than specified in the agreement.
